The LH Type Electric Hoist Bridge Crane is a lifting equipment that spans the air of workshops, warehouses, and material yards to lift materials. The double-beam bridge frame is composed of two main beams and end beams. The main beams are rigidly connected to the end beams, and wheels are installed at both ends of the end beams to support the operation of the bridge frame on the viaduct. Tracks are welded to the main beams to allow the hoisting trolley to run.
The main beam structure of the bridge frame has many types, some of which are the box-shaped structure, the four-truss structure, and the hollow truss structure. The LH Type Electric Hoist Bridge Crane with electric hoist as the trolley lifting mechanism can fully utilize the space under the bridge frame to lift materials without being hindered by ground equipment. It is one of the most widely used lifting machinery.
-
Electric hoist Compact structure, small size and light weight. The travelling rail is P-type rail or square-steel rail. Composed of motor, reducer, trolley frame and hoist. Trinity operating structure. The lifting mechanism is the same as hoist. -
Main GirderDouble box-welded girders, camber meets national standards.Steel: Q235B/Q345B (Fe37/Fe52 eq.).Main/end girder: high-strength bolted.Rail: center/offset-mounted.Main welds: submerged arc welding + NDT. -
End girder The end girder is welded by rectangular tube or high-quality steel plates. The main beam and end beam are connected with bolts. Buffer are provided at the end of the end girder. -
OperationGround control (handle/remote, no dedicated driver) + cabin control.Open/closed cab (left/right-mounted, end/side/top opening); cabin types: single-girder small room or capsule-type.Customizable.
